- All students (minor and adults) must pay a non-refundable registration fee.

- You must have and present a valid T.I.P.I.C. (Temporary Instruction Permit Identification Card) or endorsement to register for the Basic Rider Course (BRC) and the Basic Rider Course - Returning Rider (BRC-RR).

- You must have and present a valid motorcycle endorsement to register for the Basic Rider Course - 2 (BRC-2) and the Advanced Rider Course (ARC).

- No refunds will be issued.

- Students may transfer to another class or assign their class to another individual, such as: family member, friend, etc.
Both individuals involved must call the Motorcycle Ohio office to transfer (1-800-83-RIDER).
